A butcher shop and a restaurant in one

Its floor-to-ceiling windows look out over green fields, and inside you won’t find the smoky haze common in Korean BBQ places.

The Hanwoo omakase brings several cuts, such as tenderloin (ansim) and striploin (chaekkeut), in a box divided into nine compartments.

The owner used to work at a livestock cooperative (chukhyeop), then at its butcher shop, and now combines meat retail with dining.

You grill a range of cuts yourself, and new dishes such as rice cooked in a pot (sotbap) at lunch and charcuterie are on offer too.
