The Hanwoo omakase brings several cuts, such as tenderloin (ansim) and striploin (chaekkeut), in a box divided into nine compartments.

The owner used to work at a livestock cooperative (chukhyeop), then at its butcher shop, and now combines meat retail with dining.

You grill a range of cuts yourself, and new dishes such as lunchtime sotbap (rice cooked in a pot) and charcuterie are on offer too.
